1. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail supervisory position, with a focus on luxury or fashion brands.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or fashion-related field is preferred.
