Kate Spade Retail Supervisor

- Lead the sales team on the floor, model high-performance selling behaviours and coach associates to achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a productive client book through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up (thank-you notes and post-sale service).
- Drive repeat business by implementing and monitoring sales plans, personal sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through deep product knowledge and completion of product profiles for the team.
- Oversee store presentation and merchandising to maintain Kate Spade brand aesthetic and operating standards.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, register counts, bank deposits and facility security.
- Supervise POS and inventory functions—receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damage processing—to preserve inventory integrity.
- Enforce loss-prevention policies and operational procedures while fostering a positive, competitive and collaborative team environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment with proven sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clientele and drive repeat business through clienteling techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate a retail team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive capacity to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced store environment.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing a client base.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
