1. Partner with the Store Manager to develop business-driving initiatives that build repeat business or attract new customers.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
5. Educate the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and store statistics, driving the team to achieve them.
6. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers through extensive product knowledge and completion of product profiles.
7. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
8. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and completing bank deposits.
9. Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
10. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

5. College degree preferred
