- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships through clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product recommendations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments following company procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure floor presentation aligns with brand directives, and participate in store resets.
- Support inventory control: receive, replenish and organize stock; assist with cycle counts and loss‑prevention practices.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting opening/closing procedures, team communications, and training as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic cash handling; comfort with learning retail technologies.
