1. Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships through clienteling and follow‑up.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product recommendations.
3. Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments following company procedures.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure floor presentation aligns with brand directives, and participate in store resets.
5. Support inventory control: receive, replenish and organize stock; assist with cycle counts and loss‑prevention practices.
6. Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting opening/closing procedures, team communications, and training as required.

2. Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
3. Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability in a fast‑paced retail environment.
4. Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic cash handling; comfort with learning retail technologies.
