- Support the Sr. Manager, Demand Capture in designing and executing paid social initiatives to enhance ROAS, drive growth, and acquire new customers.
- Monitor and quality control paid social campaigns on Meta, including daily QA, budget oversight, and creative optimization recommendations.
- Manage the trafficking of creative assets, ensuring all promotional materials are executed accurately and timely.
- Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and insights.
- Assist with financial processes, including accruals and invoicing, ensuring budget alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in paid social marketing, preferably with a recognized retail or fashion brand or agency
- Proficiency in industry-standard reporting and tools such as Meta and Google Analytics
- Experience with Marpipe is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Ability to understand key marketing metrics and paid social tactics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in taking action
2-3 years of specialized experience in paid social marketing, ideally within the retail or fashion sector.
Bachelor’s Degree
Base pay range from $68,000 to $85,000 annually, compliant with applicable pay laws.
