- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute business-driving initiatives that increase repeat visits and acquire new customers.
- Coach, model and supervise the selling environment to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales metrics (sales per hour, ADT, UPT, capture rate).
- Ensure completion of sales training programs and cultivate strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Set and drive personal and team sales goals; communicate store performance and motivate the team to meet targets.
- Maintain brand presentation and operating standards; ensure visual merchandising and store aesthetics align with Kate Spade brand guidelines.
- Oversee daily operational tasks including store opening/closing procedures, register reconciliation, bank deposits and facility security.
- Manage inventory activities: receiving, transfers, processing repairs/damages and shipping to maintain inventory integrity.
- Enforce loss prevention policies and operational procedures to protect store assets and ensure compliance.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop retail teams, driving results through coaching and performance management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive multitasker who can prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Available to work retail schedules including evenings and weekends; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds safely.

2–3 years in luxury goods or comparable retail; prior outlet or luxury store supervisory experience preferred.
