1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement business initiatives that drive customer retention and acquisition.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure top-tier customer service and sales.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Ensure brand and operational standards are met to maintain brand consistency.
9. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash management and securing the facility.
10. Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately, maintaining inventory integrity.
11. Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
3. College degree preferred.

3. Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
