1. Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling to ensure operational excellence.
2. Lead, coach and develop the sales team through real-time feedback, performance management and gap-based training.
3. Drive sales performance and local execution of merchandising directives to meet or exceed store KPIs.
4. Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve escalations with tact and diplomacy to protect the brand experience.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure floor readiness, including stockroom organization and replenishment.
6. Support inventory control and loss-prevention practices, conducting spot checks and enforcing company policies.
7. Assist with scheduling and workforce management to align staffing with peak traffic and sales cycles.
8. Uphold compliance with company policies, ADA accommodations, and local labor and safety regulations.

1. Demonstrated supervisory aptitude with the ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict and de-escalate sensitive situations.
4. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity; experience in specialty or lifestyle retail preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field is a plus.
