1. Oversee daily sales operations in the outlet store, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
2. Support the store manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
3. Train and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to maintain optimal stock levels.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail supervisory position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
