1. Oversee and manage multiple retail locations within the designated district to ensure operational excellence and achievement of sales targets.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
4. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
5. Ensure brand standards are consistently met across all stores within the district.
