1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
2. Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues.
4. Support in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
6. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
