- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Oversee merchandising and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales staff.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
