1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
4. Oversee merchandising and inventory management.
5. Train, supervise, and motivate sales staff.
6. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
