1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the implementation of merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
4. Oversee inventory management and loss prevention protocols.
5. Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
