1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
2. Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's image.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Contribute to achieving store financial objectives by managing budgets and expenses.
