1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
4. Foster a positive and motivating environment for the sales team.
5. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
6. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
7. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished appropriately.
