1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and store management.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet sales goals.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is organized and replenished.
5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Support in training and developing store staff.
