- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance by providing exceptional customer service and leading by example.
- Support in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
- Manage inventory levels and perform stock replenishment as needed.
- Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures.

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
