1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance by providing exceptional customer service and leading by example.
3. Support in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
5. Manage inventory levels and perform stock replenishment as needed.
6. Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures.
7. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
