1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by leading by example and ensuring a high level of customer service.
3. Assist in managing inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to align with brand standards.
4. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
