1. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
2. Support recruitment activities and conduct performance and probation reviews.
3. Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Transform every client interaction into a unique and personalized experience.
5. Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective teamwork.
6. Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
7. Achieve commercial targets through strategic team organization and impactful product presentation.
8. Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through product expertise, sales and stock analysis, product rotation, and visual merchandising supervision.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong customer-oriented approach.
3. At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager within fashion or luxury retail.
