1. Lead day-to-day operations of the Metzingen outlet to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
2. Recruit, train, coach and evaluate store staff; conduct performance reviews and probation assessments
3. Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets while delivering personalised client experiences
4. Manage merchandising, visual presentation and product rotation to maximise sell-through and profitability
5. Analyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities, optimise inventory and improve commercial performance
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge, effective teamwork and CRM-driven service
7. Organise team schedules and resources to meet peak trading periods, including weekends and holidays

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
2. At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager in fashion or luxury retail
3. Demonstrable experience in team training, empowerment and performance management
4. Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills across channels
5. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
