1. Oversee Customer Care activities, including managing relationships and performance of external agencies, defining performance challenges, managing costs, and ensuring issue resolution in line with brand standards.
2. Supervise digital projects in collaboration with providers, implementing website experience improvements to enhance the online customer journey.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential packaging suppliers, manage sample requests, and monitor costs and orders to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals.
4. Prepare, maintain, and update e-commerce operational guidelines to ensure consistent processes and best practices across all markets.
5. Conduct regular visits to central warehouses to verify workflow efficiency, order quality, and operational standards.

1. Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations within an international and fast-paced environment.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven approach and problem-solving mindset.
2. Proactive and collaborative, able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
3. Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (SFCC, PSP, OMS, WMS, ERP, Adobe Analytics).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations within an international and fast-paced environment.

Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
