Jil Sander Financial Controlling Manager

1. Coordinate the Controlling team to ensure data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
2. Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses against Budget and Forecast.
3. Coordinate Budget, Forecast, and planning processes with corporate functions and regions.
4. Supervise Industrial Controlling activities, including standard costs, variance analysis, and industrial KPIs.
5. Manage Wholesale Controlling, monitoring profitability and commercial performance.
6. Oversee Corporate Opex and support corporate investment controls.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integrated results vision.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and control tools.

1. Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Controlling roles, preferably in retail and/or fashion contexts.
3. Experience in resource coordination and collaborative leadership.
4. Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools.
5. Good proficiency in English.

A minimum of 6 years in Controlling roles, with a preference for experience in retail and/or fashion sectors.

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
