- Lead and inspire the store team to cultivate a high-performance, client-focused culture.
- Coach and support team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of staff.
- Manage scheduling and rostering to align with business needs and budget constraints.
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and profitability to meet targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and manage P&L, controlling costs and optimizing store efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local stakeholders.
- Lead CRM initiatives and client development strategies to enhance long-term relationships.
- Oversee and promote long-distance and omni-channel sales opportunities.
- Ensure store standards are maintained at the highest level according to brand guidelines.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Supervise stock management, back-of-house organization, and space optimization.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with strong fashion awareness and business acumen.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Results-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
- Omni-channel retail orientation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
A minimum of 3–4 years in luxury fashion retail, ideally in a managerial capacity, is required.
