1. Lead and inspire the store team to cultivate a high-performance, client-focused culture.
2. Coach and support team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of staff.
4. Manage scheduling and rostering to align with business needs and budget constraints.
5. Drive sales performance, productivity, and profitability to meet targets and KPIs.
6. Monitor and manage P&L, controlling costs and optimizing store efficiency.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local stakeholders.
8. Lead CRM initiatives and client development strategies to enhance long-term relationships.
9. Oversee and promote long-distance and omni-channel sales opportunities.
10. Ensure store standards are maintained at the highest level according to brand guidelines.
11. Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
12. Supervise stock management, back-of-house organization, and space optimization.

1. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a managerial role.
2. Proactive and enthusiastic with strong fashion awareness and business acumen.
