- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s collections and watchmaking complications to advise clients and close sales.
- Coordinate after‑sales follow‑up and liaise with service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and retention.
- Manage client records and sales activity in the boutique CRM/POS systems; maintain accurate follow‑up and reporting.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique presentation and product displays reflect brand standards.
- Drive and participate in client events, private appointments and trunk shows to deepen relationships and generate sales.
- Coach and mentor junior advisors; share best practices in clienteling, product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proven track record of high‑value sales in luxury retail, preferably within watches or fine jewellery.
- In‑depth understanding of mechanical watches and the ability to communicate technical features to clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and retain affluent clientele.
- Professional appearance, strong commercial acumen and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in Thailand preferred.
