1. Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring standards of presentation, stock availability and customer service are consistently met.
2. Manage inventory control processes including goods receiving, stock reconciliation, transfers and periodic audits.
3. Prepare and deliver operational reporting and key performance indicators to regional retail management, highlighting sales, stock turns and shrinkage.
4. Liaise with logistics, distribution and after‑sales teams to expedite deliveries, returns and repairs while maintaining accurate tracking.
5. Support boutique rostering and staff administration, including timekeeping, leave tracking and basic payroll inputs as required.
6. Assist with boutique events, private client appointments and clienteling activities by coordinating logistics, invitations and on-site needs.
7. Implement and monitor compliance with brand operations procedures, loss‑prevention measures and visual merchandising directives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience preferred.
2. 2+ years' experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury fashion, watches or jewellery boutiques.
3. Proven ability to manage inventory processes and reconcile stock with high accuracy.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple operational tasks concurrently.
5. Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and escalating issues to regional operations or logistics partners.
