1. Develop and formalize production methods for the Habillage (case and final assembly) sector, including work instructions, standard operating procedures and takt analyses.
2. Conduct time studies and method studies to define cycle times, ergonomics and optimal workstation layouts for precision assembly operations.
3. Define requirements for fixtures, tooling and simple production aids; collaborate with internal engineering and suppliers to industrialize tooling solutions.
4. Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to increase productivity, quality and flow while reducing waste.
5. Support pilot runs and line introductions on the shopfloor; troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to operators and team leaders.
6. Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure conformity with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Train and coach production teams on standardized methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Participate in cross‑functional projects with Quality, Production Planning and Product Development to ensure manufacturability and transfer readiness.

1. Technical diploma in watchmaking, mechanical engineering, industrial production or equivalent (CFC, BTS, or Bachelor-level vocational qualification).
2. Practical knowledge of precision assembly processes and strong manual dexterity suited to fine mechanical components.
3. Working knowledge of industrialization methodologies (time study, line balancing, workstation design) and lean principles.
4. Ability to read technical drawings and basic familiarity with tooling and fixture design requirements.
5. Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured approach to root‑cause analysis and corrective action.
