1. Drive continuous growth of boutique performance and key results.
2. Manage and oversee all aspects of boutique operations.
3. Act as a Brand Ambassador for Jaeger-LeCoultre within the local community.
4. Ensure achievement of sales objectives and maximize profitability.
5. Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with senior management.
6. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Oversee safety and security protocols for staff and inventory.
9. Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail management.
2. Proven track record in boutique operations with direct reports.
3. Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
4. Fluency in English and Japanese; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Strong local client network and excellent client management skills.
