1. Lead cross-functional optimization projects within the Supply Chain department, focusing on organizational and digital transformation as well as continuous improvement.
2. Oversee procurement, supply, goods reception, stock management, automated storage, internal logistics, import-export operations, and industrial planning.
3. Ensure successful project execution from planning to implementation, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and drive change management initiatives.
5. Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and design target solutions.
6. Contribute to the deployment of new tools and systems such as WMS, APS, ERP, and automation technologies.
7. Support the transformation of the Supply Chain by working closely with department heads to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
8. Align projects with the company's overarching strategic goals.

1. Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within logistics or supply chain, preferably in an industrial setting.
3. Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.

1. Strong project management and process analysis skills.
2. Proficiency in change management and cross-functional team coordination.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
4. Expertise in supply chain information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS).
5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally within an industrial environment.

Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
