- Lead cross-functional optimization projects within the Supply Chain department, focusing on organizational and digital transformation as well as continuous improvement.
- Oversee procurement, supply, goods reception, stock management, automated storage, internal logistics, import-export operations, and industrial planning.
- Ensure successful project execution from planning to implementation, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and drive change management initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and design target solutions.
- Contribute to the deployment of new tools and systems such as WMS, APS, ERP, and automation technologies.
- Support the transformation of the Supply Chain by working closely with department heads to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Align projects with the company's overarching strategic goals.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within logistics or supply chain, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
- Strong project management and process analysis skills.
- Proficiency in change management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in supply chain information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally within an industrial environment.
Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
