- Create articles, bill of materials, and operational ranges at all levels of a movement's bill of materials within the ERP system (currently ProConcept, transitioning to SAP).
- Develop movement ranges, watch heads, and watches for workshops T1, T2, T3, and after-sales service.
- Participate in defining launch quantities to optimize manufacturing costs.
- Define and compile technical dossiers, including intermediate manufacturing phase plans.
- Ensure and enhance the reliability of data in the ERP to define lead times and cost prices.
- Facilitate communication between technical offices, internal workshops, and subcontractors for the manufacturing of movement and casing components.
- Research technical solutions for continuous improvement or internalization of component manufacturing.
- Monitor changes made by the technical office in the ERP, coordinating with logistics.
- Passion for the field is essential.
- Holding a Technician ES degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry, with hands-on experience in movement and case manufacturing and assembly.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (ProConcept or SAP).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks; knowledge of PLM/PDM Windchill is advantageous.
- Autonomous, flexible, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
- Resilient and comfortable managing stress and high work pace.
- Collaborative with a strong sense of teamwork and cross-functional work.
- Rigorous with strong analytical skills, proactive, solution-oriented.
- Bold and unafraid of the unknown.
Minimum of 5 years in the watchmaking industry, with direct experience in manufacturing and assembly of movements and cases.
Technician ES degree or equivalent qualification.
