1. Provide professional consultation and support to both national and international clientele.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering and maintaining local customer relationships.
3. Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and promotions.
4. Achieve sales targets as set by store management.
5. Ensure the appealing arrangement of displays and optimal presentation of high-end products in line with brand image.
6. Perform back-office duties within the boutique.
7. Offer expert advice throughout the after-sales process, from watch maintenance to customer handover.

1. Several years of experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with demanding customers.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Excellent communication skills with a high customer and service orientation.
3. Affinity for luxury products and keen sense for effective presentation techniques.

6. Organized and structured work style, maintaining composure in challenging situations.

Minimum of 3 years in sales or a related field with high-end clientele.
