Hour Passion Sales Assistant

1. Deliver exceptional, personalised service to an international clientele, guiding product selection and closing sales for watches and jewellery.
2. Maintain deep product knowledge across the boutique’s brand portfolio and communicate technical and stylistic features with confidence.
3. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage after‑sales service enquiries with accuracy and discretion.
4. Uphold boutique standards for visual merchandising, window presentation and housekeeping to reflect brand identity.
5. Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and basic reconciliation, including loss-prevention practices.
6. Achieve individual and store sales targets, participate in promotional activities and contribute to clienteling and follow-up.

1. Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
2. Customer-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills; aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
3. Comfortable working a retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak travel periods.
4. Professional appearance and familiarity with luxury retail service standards.
5. Legal authorization to work in Italy.
