Hour Passion Marketing Apprentice
Hour Passion is the Swatch Group's retail concept specialising in watches and jewellery distribution within airports and premium outlet locations. As part of the Swatch Group portfolio, Hour Passion offers a multilabel retail environment representing entry-level through haute horlogerie pieces across global brands, combining luxury product expertise with high-frequency travel retail operations.
- Support the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns across airport and outlet stores, coordinating with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
- Create and adapt digital and point-of-sale marketing assets, including social media content, newsletters, in-store visuals and merchandising briefs.
- Assist with event planning and in-store activations, liaising with store teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and retail KPIs; prepare regular reports and actionable insights for the marketing manager.
- Manage administrative tasks for the marketing team such as media bookings, asset libraries, supplier quotations and budget tracking.
- Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communication, Business, Luxury Management or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship status required).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; capability to produce brand-aligned copy and creative briefs.
- Interest in watches, jewellery or luxury retail and an aptitude for product knowledge acquisition.
- Proactive team player with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) — basic to intermediate
- Social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook)
- Google Analytics / campaign performance tracking
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with e‑commerce/retail CMS or CRM platforms
Prior internship or part-time experience in marketing, retail, communications or events is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is structured for a student in an apprenticeship programme seeking hands-on exposure to luxury retail marketing.
Currently enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Luxury Management or equivalent; apprenticeship/alternance eligibility required.
