Hermès Traffic Coordinator

1. Coordinate domestic transportation to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant logistics operations.
2. Support the Director of Traffic & Purchasing and Manager of Purchasing in maintaining files for the Distribution & Service Center.
3. Assist in the follow-up and reconciliation of invoices.
4. Support domestic boutiques and corporate departments in coordinating material pickup and transportation.
5. Maintain and update shipment logs to ensure compliance with financial deadlines.
6. Reconcile non-product inventory for projects and ensure accurate labeling and maintenance.
7. Provide administrative support to the Dayton Traffic Team, including creating signage and maintaining filing systems.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or department, including internships.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Solid understanding of budgeting and ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
5. High level of attention to detail.
6. Proven ability to meet long and short-term deadlines.

1-2 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in a similar role or department.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

$28.64-$33.89/hour
