Hermès Total Rewards Project Manager

- Lead end-to-end design, coordination and deployment of the Group Total Rewards approach, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy.
- Draft and formalise Total Rewards policy and associated governance, in partnership with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR stakeholders.
- Develop the roadmap (calendar, milestones, implementation steps) and drive its execution across subsidiaries and countries.
- Design and produce communication and training materials (including Total Reward Statements) for HR, managers and employees in collaboration with Internal Communications and the Campus learning teams.
- Support and advise local entities on adapting and implementing Group Total Rewards communications and training to local contexts.
- Identify, specify and contribute to the development of tools and documentation required for remuneration and benefits communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects touching compensation and benefits; animate and support the C&B network across the Group.
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years’ professional experience in compensation & benefits within an international corporate environment or in a specialised remuneration consulting firm (requisition indicates at least 6 years).
- Strong technical knowledge of remuneration and social benefits (France and international scope), with proven experience designing communications and training.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills in French and English; ability to produce clear, stakeholder-facing documentation.
- Demonstrated project management capability and capacity to structure programmes from a blank sheet.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, intellectual rigour, autonomy and strong organisational method.

At least 5–10 years in an equivalent role within an international group or a compensation & benefits consulting firm; the requisition specifies a minimum of 6 years. Demonstrable experience deploying global Total Rewards programmes, including communications and training, is essential.
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in HR, business, finance or related discipline.
