1. Organize and maintain stockrooms, ensuring cleanliness and order.
2. Retrieve items for the sales team during peak seasons and as needed.
3. Support the boutique in achieving sales targets by optimizing stock and inventory workflow.
4. Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
5. Assist with stock and size inquiries from the sales team.
6. Support the shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts.
7. Engage customers with a friendly and warm attitude, providing exceptional service.

2. Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
4. Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
