Hermès Stock Controller

- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries: verify quantities, product quality and accompanying documentation; log and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the stock management system; perform data updates, corrections and regular housekeeping to ensure system reliability.
- Manage replenishment and stock rotation to guarantee optimal in-store availability and presentation of collections.
- Prepare orders with precision: accurate picking, quality packaging, inclusion of samples and compliant labelling to internal standards.
- Organise outgoing logistics: prepare shipping documentation, coordinate carrier pickups and ensure compliance of outbound flows.
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventories; execute methodical counting procedures and support root-cause analysis of variances.
- Handle customer and supplier returns with full traceability and strict quality control.
- Collaborate closely with sales, after-sales (SAV) and other internal teams to resolve stock anomalies and support seamless store operations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory control or logistics, ideally in retail or warehouse environments.
- Proven proficiency with Excel and stock management systems; experience with Cegid is a strong advantage.
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and good command of English.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organisational rigour and adherence to compliance standards.
- Autonomous, able to prioritise under pressure and maintain performance during peak activity.
- Available to start 1 May 2026; position offered as a permanent contract (CDI) at 70%.

At least three years of hands-on experience in stock management or logistics, preferably within a retail store or warehouse setting; proven track record of maintaining inventory accuracy and managing day-to-day stock operations.
