- Deliver personalised, memorable customer experiences through expert storytelling of brand history and product craftsmanship.
- Advise clients across all product categories and strive to expand sales beyond one’s primary category to maximise client satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain a relevant client portfolio via structured client discovery, bespoke servicing and proactive clienteling.
- Lead complex sales and after‑sales activities, manage complaints and follow clients through the entire customer journey.
- Propose and execute commercial actions to support local business development and achieve boutique targets.
- Collect, update and maintain client data in compliance with privacy policy and company procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge including novelties, pricing and stock availability.
- Support store operations, adhere to company procedures and systems, and act as a role model by coaching junior colleagues and sharing best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a fashion or linguistic focus.
- Fluency in Italian, English and Russian.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct retail sales, ideally within a luxury boutique.
- Proven leadership aptitude with ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Proficiency with Excel and common IT tools.

Minimum three years of proven experience in direct client sales within luxury retail; experience handling complex, high‑value transactions and maintaining long‑term client relationships. International retail exposure is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fashion, languages, or a related discipline.
