Hermès Senior Product Manager — Accessories & Small Leather Goods

The Division Maroquinerie‑Sellerie operates in close collaboration with Hermès studios and ateliers, combining creative direction, technical mastery and commercial strategy within the broader Hermès group.
- Manage end‑to‑end product development for small leather goods and accessories across two collections per year: coordinate studios, artisan developers, metalwork (orfèvrerie) workshops, quality teams and technical contributors from prototype to final validation.
- Establish and maintain close collaboration with the Maroquinerie studio and internal development teams to anticipate complex developments and long‑lead projects (notably metalware components).
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, timelines and indicators (retro‑planning) and ensure accurate codification within the article master reference.
- Define and validate commercial positioning and pricing of new products with attention to margin preservation and market relevance.
- Animate the offer and manage product lifecycle according to the collection plan: construct Model‑Material‑Colour assortments for launches and continuations, monitor qualitative and quantitative sales performance, and brief commercial teams at collection launches.
- Lead the prototype campaign and materials presented at the biannual podiums; produce product argumentaires and communication documents; support showroom activities (shoots, films, scenography) and train podium sales teams.
- Contribute to strategic reflection for the category: write collection briefs for Artistic Direction, participate in collection planning, conduct market and competitive intelligence, and drive transversal inter‑disciplinary projects.
- Provide transversal management of an apprentice and indirect leadership of cross‑functional project teams; ensure clear stakeholder alignment and momentum on deliverables.
- Participate in protection of intellectual property for novelties (design/model filings, trademarks) and validate packaging and product documentation development.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or Institut Français de la Mode (IFM).
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar product development or product management role within the leather goods or luxury accessories sector.
- Demonstrated interest and strong culture of product development, with acute product sensibility and aesthetic understanding.
- Proven leadership and ability to mobilize cross‑functional teams.
- Highly organized, rigorous, with strong prioritization and project management skills.

Experience coordinating work with creative studios, artisan workshops and technical teams is essential.
Master's degree (Bac+5) — business school, engineering school or Institut Français de la Mode (IFM).
