1. Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
2. Organize and maintain the selling floor and workstation, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
3. Process transactions accurately, including receipts, CRM files, and client verification, while supporting after-sales services.
4. Execute opening and closing procedures, including asset protection and key control.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to Hermès standards of promptness and professionalism.

1. 2+ years of experience in a selling and/or supervisory capacity, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Strong relationship development and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
4. Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
5. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a selling or supervisory role, preferably within the luxury sector.

$25.50 to $28.19 per hour
