Hermès Seasonal Sales Support Associate

1. Provide clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique activities during a temporary seasonal assignment.
2. Deliver Hermès-standard client service at point of sale: greet clients, assist with enquiries, support wrapping and packaging.
3. Assist the sales team with merchandising tasks: hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and preparing items physically for display.
4. Maintain selling-floor standards and inventory of packaging materials and merchandising supplies (bags, boxes, ribbons, stationary, etc.).
5. Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson and Greeter/Host activities and after-sales processes including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
6. Answer phones promptly and provide courteous, professional telephone support.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

1. Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Strong verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
3. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to manage difficult situations with composure, discretion and tact.
6. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
7. Available for a temporary, limited contract assignment of approximately three months.

Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles; prior experience in high-end or luxury retail environments is advantageous.
