Hermès Seasonal Sales Support Associate

- Provide clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique activities during a temporary seasonal assignment.
- Deliver Hermès-standard client service at point of sale: greet clients, assist with enquiries, support wrapping and packaging.
- Assist the sales team with merchandising tasks: hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and preparing items physically for display.
- Maintain selling-floor standards and inventory of packaging materials and merchandising supplies (bags, boxes, ribbons, stationary, etc.).
- Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson and Greeter/Host activities and after-sales processes including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
- Answer phones promptly and provide courteous, professional telephone support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with composure, discretion and tact.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Available for a temporary, limited contract assignment of approximately three months.

Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles; prior experience in high-end or luxury retail environments is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in retail, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
