Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s collective objectives.
- Deliver exemplary client service consistent with Hermès standards: prompt greeting, consultative engagement, assistance with packaging and after-sales service.
- Manage point-of-sale operations accurately, including transaction processing, CRM file updates, SKU tracking and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards on the selling floor: replenishment, straightening, tagging, ticketing and adherence to VM guidelines.
- Support inventory processes and asset protection procedures, including participation in cycle counts and physical inventory preparation.
- Keep workstation and back-of-house areas clean, organized and compliant with loss-prevention protocols.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with impeccable verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Self-starter who works independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Open availability to meet the scheduling needs of the boutique.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform routine physical tasks associated with retail operations.

Minimum three years of progressive retail sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or high-end boutique environments and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance and client relationship development.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
