Hermès Sales Specialist

- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s collective performance.
- Deliver the Hermès standard of client service: prompt, discreet and personalised engagement including assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
- Operate and ensure accuracy of all POS transactions and CRM records, including sales entries, SKUs, payment verification and after-sales administrative support.
- Maintain selling floor presentation and stock levels according to VM guidelines: restocking merchandise, tagging, ticketing and replenishment of packaging and stationery.
- Comply with asset protection procedures, key control and EAS tagging protocols; participate in physical inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts as directed.
- Keep workstation and back-of-house areas organised and communicate POS discrepancies or variances to management by end of business day.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships with impeccable communication skills.
- Even-tempered multitasker who can prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail; demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
