- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term client relationships (clienteling).
- Advise clients on product selection and provide tailored recommendations to meet individual needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment and record-keeping.
- Support store presentation and visual merchandising to uphold Hermès standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions with accuracy and discretion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional, high-performing boutique environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury goods strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven sales skills and product knowledge with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and inventory control discipline.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Availability to work on-site at the Mexico City boutique according to store scheduling requirements.

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.
