1. Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues to drive store sales.
2. Demonstrate warmth and patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a positive attitude.
3. Manage customer requests and ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
4. Develop knowledge of after-sales processes and proactively familiarize with merchandise to enhance product knowledge.
5. Ensure strong communication with clients during sales ceremonies and post-sale.

7. Participate actively in store communication, such as daily morning briefs.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. High level of English (minimum required: B2). Knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
3. Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative.
4. Warmth and empathy, especially when handling objections.
5. Calmness in stressful situations and flexibility.
6. Act as a true ambassador of the Maison.
7. Maintain high personal standards.
