Hermès Retail Sales Advisor

- Deliver multidepartment sales by proactively proposing pieces across leather, ready-to-wear, accessories, watchmaking and jewelry to grow boutique turnover.
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio: acquire, qualify and follow up with national and international clientele to sustain long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Curate exceptional in-store experiences: anticipate client needs, resolve enquiries promptly and collaborate with External Relations to deliver memorable, tailored service.
- Represent Hermès values in every client interaction and promote the maison’s craftsmanship and artisans’ work.
- Support boutique operations: participate in inventories, visual merchandising changes, stock organisation and maintain high standards of department presentation.
- Minimum six years’ experience in luxury retail sales, with proven success in client acquisition and sales of high-value goods.
- Demonstrable expertise in luxury product categories (e.g. ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewelry, watchmaking).
- Excellent commercial acumen with a results-driven approach and capacity to sell across extended selling areas.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills: warm, humble, persuasive, and comfortable engaging high-net-worth and international clients.
- Digital fluency: agile with digital communication tools and clienteling practices.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in commerce, retail, luxury goods or visual merchandising preferred.
