- Define, develop and pilot Retail Concepts and Service Spaces from brief through final validation, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s visual identity.
- Lead project briefs and regular analyses of existing concepts; collaborate with métiers, regional subsidiaries and RDAI (architecture agency) to identify evolution needs.
- Manage end‑to‑end PLV (point of sale display) design projects: brief external designers, oversee concept stages (sketches, 3D, material boards), prototype production and technical plans.
- Coordinate technical specifications and hand over to Purchasing for RFQs; participate in supplier evaluation and production follow‑up.
- Drive deployment plans across the retail network — coordinate with Real Estate, RDAI and local subsidiary teams to ensure correct in‑store implementation for openings and renovations.
- Produce and maintain Concept and Service Space bibles, user guides and guidelines for VM and store teams; author implementation guidelines for end users.
- Animate the VM & Real Estate community (store visits, seminars, internal communications) to promote best practice and ensure consistent roll‑out.
- Integrate the Maison’s RSE objectives into concept and PLV development (material selection, eco‑design, virtual prototyping) and conduct continuous retail design and materials benchmarking.
- Build and manage a responsive external partner pool (designers, retail design agencies, prototyping suppliers) to support parallel projects at quality and pace.
- Degree from a recognised interior architecture, interior design or architecture school (e.g., ENSA Paris, Camondo, Ecole Boulle, Ecole de Condé).
- Minimum 6 years’ experience managing VM projects or interior architecture projects within retail or customer‑facing environments.
- Proven ability to brief and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders (RDAI, Real Estate, Purchasing, suppliers, subsidiaries).
- Fluent English (working language within the VM team).
- Strong retail culture with a client‑centric approach and an eye for detail; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to federate cross‑functional teams.

At least 6 years’ professional experience in visual merchandising project management or interior architecture within the retail sector, with a proven track record of delivering store concepts, PLV and multi‑site roll‑outs.
Degree from a recognised interior architecture, interior design or architecture school (examples: ENSA Paris, Camondo, Ecole Boulle, Ecole de Condé).
