- Lead and coordinate IT projects to ensure feasibility and quality within desired timelines.
- Serve as an expert, advisor, and support to teams on operational best practices.
- Represent the business unit in project arbitration and steering committees.
- Deploy IT projects and drive continuous improvement processes, adapting priorities as needed.
- Support users, qualify needs, and participate in prioritization for quick and efficient solutions.
- Master's degree from an engineering or business school (Bac+5/Bac+6).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in organizational consulting.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools, from demand to scheduling.
- Experience with M3, SAP, Anaplan, and Cognos BI is a plus.
