Hermès Project Coordinator — Art School Partnerships

- Coordinate and administer partnerships and collaborations with national and international art schools, from scoping and calendar-setting to contractual and legal follow‑up.
- Manage annual partnership budgets and maintain the project calendar to ensure milestones are met across the Studio Dessins.
- Organize and attend key partnership moments (immersion days, interim reviews, final juries), including venue bookings across Hermès sites and potential travel arrangements.
- Plan and execute the internal 'Drawing Day': concept development, scenography and speaker curation, vendor sourcing, budget oversight, invitations and internal communications.
- Support the preparation and logistics of the Drawing Festival: scouting and monitoring schools, coordinating student exhibitions, managing shipping of works, selection meetings with artistic directors, and coordination of vernissage and student stays.
- Prepare estimates and manage relations with external service providers; produce post‑event valorisation materials for internal communication.
- Enrolled in a higher education programme in business, art history, cultural management, communications or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable interest in contemporary art and cultural programming; creative and innovation-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational rigour with proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work transversally across internal teams and with external academic partners.
- Fluent in English (explicit requirement); professional level of French is highly advantageous.

Entry‑level candidates are welcome; previous internships or project experience in cultural partnerships, event coordination, arts programming or related fields is advantageous but not required.
