Hermès Project Assistant

- Support the Change Leader / Project Manager in coordinating activities between local teams (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan) and central project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Maintain participant lists and cascade project communications; gather and synthesise local feedback for central teams.
- Engage and support Key Users and End Users throughout project phases, including mobilisation, training and adoption activities.
- Prepare communication assets such as newsletters and project emails; assist in the localisation of project content and website materials.
- Organise and coordinate events and training sessions: select and book venues, manage logistics, prepare invitations and participant badges, and animate events on site.
- Collaborate with central teams to share project planning, local guides and critical information with subsidiaries; provide on‑the‑ground administrative support and ad hoc project tasks as required.
- University degree preferred; degree in project management, business or related field advantageous.
- Minimum 2–3 years' practical experience supporting project management or change/transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and proven problem‑solving skills.
- Positive, service‑oriented attitude with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.

At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience supporting project or change management initiatives, preferably within a corporate, retail or regional implementation context; demonstrable experience coordinating events, trainings and cross‑functional stakeholders between local and central teams.
University degree preferred; project management, business or related discipline advantageous.
