Hermès Product Quality Assistant (Apprenticeship)

Petit h is a creative atelier within the Hermès Group that repurposes surplus and imperfect materials from the House’s various métiers into unique objets d’art. As part of Hermès, the workshop combines rigorous artisanal savoir‑faire with collaborative, multidisciplinary creation. The employer emphasizes craftsmanship, material respect and responsible practices within a luxury-house framework.

1. Receive and register finished and semi‑finished products both physically and in the information system.
2. Verify quantities against delivery notes and perform product quality inspections.
3. Produce detailed quality reports and communicate findings to production partners.
4. Label products, prepare packing rolls and coordinate shipments to the logistics site.
5. Update and maintain the production planning dashboard (receptions, conformity rates, etc.).
6. Contribute to the creation of quality control and packaging specifications for suppliers and central logistics.
7. Manage the nursery storage area: monitor stored semi‑finished goods, maintain inventory tracking tools and chase stakeholders for pending actions.
8. Participate in inventories of components and finished products.

1. Enrolled in or candidate for a Bac+5 (Master) program in fashion, quality management, logistics or art/design school; eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
2. Marked sensitivity to materials and strong respect for high‑value raw materials.
3. Meticulous and rigorous with a demonstrated attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a pronounced service orientation when liaising with internal teams and external partners.
5. Able to prioritise tasks effectively and apply an analytical mindset to process and inventory management.
6. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
